Q3 Updates to the Staffino Feedback Management Platform

1. Accounts & Profiles: A New, Transparent Structure

We’ve reimagined how user accounts and permissions work in Staffino. Say hello to our new structure entities, a fully integrated and self-service way to manage accounts and profiles directly in the platform.

With this update, you can:

  • Create and manage custom roles with tailored permissions.
  • Assign those roles to individual users or groups.
  • Get a clear, at-a-glance overview of who has access to what, where, and why.

2. Structure Data Source: Automated User Provisioning & Updates

We know how important it is to keep your team structure accurate, without wasting time on manual updates. That’s why we’ve launched Structure Data Source, a powerful tool that syncs your user data automatically from your existing systems.

Here’s what you can do thanks to this feature:

  • Automatically provision, update, or deactivate users
  • Assign roles at scale, based on your source-of-truth data
  • Keep your org structure always current across teams and departments

Integration options:

  • Public API – Programmatic integration with HRIS or directory tools.
  • SFTP import – Secure file transfer for scheduled or batch loads.
  • Manual upload – Upload files directly into the platform when you need a quick update.

3. GP stars Live in BENU Pharmacies

We already introduced GP stars in our Q4 2024 product update, where we previewed this innovative feedback channel on Global Payments terminals. Since then, we’ve completed a focused pilot campaign, which ran from May to August 2025 in BENU pharmacies across Slovakia.

GP stars allowed customers to provide feedback directly on Global Payments terminals at the point of service. No extra devices or steps needed.

Early results:

  • Fast, real-time feedback collection.
  • Average conversion rate of 18%.
  • Variation by location, depending on pharmacist engagement (how actively pharmacists encouraged feedback).

The pilot confirmed that this approach is a powerful, low-friction way to capture in-store CX insights, right where the experience happens. We now have a clearer picture of how frontline engagement influences response rates and where this model can scale next.
