We’ve completely redesigned how you manage users and their access in Staffino. This major update introduces a powerful user permissions management UI built on a structured Access Control List (ACL) system and a new framework for handling Accounts & Profiles. It offers a robust and structured approach to role-based access, giving you more security, flexibility, and peace of mind when managing users.

Now, you can easily create roles, assign them to individual users or groups, and control permissions across the CX management platform—all without needing our support. The new system provides a clear, transparent view of who has access to what and where, giving you full control as your team grows.

3. New Cloud Infrastructure: Faster, Stronger, Smarter
We’ve migrated our entire platform to a modern cloud infrastructure powered by AWS (Amazon Web Services), designed for automatic scaling and enhanced monitoring. This means better performance, higher reliability, and the ability to grow with your needs.

The transition is complete, and we’re now focusing on fine-tuning and optimising the setup for even more scalability. Any future adjustments will be communicated clearly—no surprises.
4. Simplified Data Export: Cleaner, Smarter Files
We’ve added a new Simplified Export option within Feedback Management in our CX platform.

It combines answers to shared survey questions into a single column, creating a cleaner data structure that’s easier to work with. This means faster analysis and fewer headaches for your reporting team.
